Enrolment Method Enrolment forms are available at the above enrolment centers from 20 August, or you can download from the link below.
Fill-in the enrolment form and bring along with a cheque/cashier order to any of the above enrolment centers for enrolment process.

Test Fee HK$380 (only cheque or cashier order will be accepted)

Please make cheque/cashier order payable to "Society of Japanese Language Education, Hong Kong". We DO NOT accept cash or post-dated cheque.
Please write down your name and contact telephone number at the back of the cheque/cashier order.
Test Voucher and official receipt Test Voucher and official receipt will be sent by mail at the beginning of November. If they have not been delivered on 15 November, please notify us. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you have received the Test Voucher.
Notes 1. Please read carefully about the Test Guide and FAQ before you apply for the test.

2. The test for level 1 to level 3 will be held in the morning at the same time and test for level 4 will be held in the afternoon. Candidate can sit for 2 tests of different levels in one day provided that the 2 tests are not held at the same time. For on-line application, only level 4 can be applied together with other level.

3. Candidate who intends to apply for 2 tests of different levels must fill in two forms and submit two separate cheque for payment.

4. Test fee paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant without giving reason.

6. If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is on at the test date, special arrangements will be announced through this Website.
